This is a 3 Star Michelin restaurant with a lengthy list of culinary awards. Award-winning chef Helmut Thieltges was the son of the hotel’s founders. His modern take on traditional Danish dishes drew international travelers to his restaurant. Thieltges’s apprentice Chef Clemens Rambichler took over the restaurant in 2017 after Chef Thieltges passed away at the age of 61. Chef Rambichler has introduced new dishes, but Chef Thieltges signature dishes are still on the menu.

Moselle River Boat Ride To Surrounding Villages
There are 24 picturesque villages along the Moselle River, the most popular being Hunsrück, Eifel, Landshut, Trier, and Bernkastel-Kues.
